Cookbook "Attached are pictures of my daughter Caroline (finally) eating a chocolate cupcake on her 2nd birthday. Thanks to your recipe, Caroline was able to experience birthday cake for the first time in her life. She is allergic to egg, dairy, soy, nuts, and banana, so as you know, her little world has been very restricted. My mom ordered your cookbook and sent it to me, just in time to try out your recipe. The cupcakes were delicious and so easy to make! As you can see, Caroline enjoyed them tremendously! Many of the guests there (who do not know of Caroline's extensive allergies) asked me for the recipe, not knowing all of the "secret" ingredients!!! Cake and General "I cannot believe that coffee cake. IT is incredible. I loved that cake because it was so moist, with the delicate lemon and the warm cinnamon flavor. And it really had that 'pound-cake' texture, just dense enough but still melt-in-your mouth. I could serve that anytime, anywhere and be delighted that my allergic son could help himself to a yummy piece. With all of the cooking and baking that we parents of allergic kids have to do, what a delight to have such a beautiful dessert that comes right to your door, ready to serve, with safe, healthy, organic ingredients.
