Shipping rates are based on UPS ground and Priority Mail. We use one or the other depending on where you live in the country (UPS ground or the East Coast) and whether the shipment date would require a Saturday delivery. If ordering the frozen coffee cake, we recommend a two day mail service. If you do not live on the East Coast and would like us to calculate a shipping rate for UPS air or FedEx air, we would be happy to do so. Similarly, if you are ordering only non-perishable items, are not in a hurry, and would like regular mail or a book rate, please let us know.
