Each cookie is certified by the Whole Grain Council as containing more than a serving of whole grain out of 3 servings recommended per day(!!), and contains no trans fat, no cholesterol, and no saturated fat! In addition to being peanut free, tree nut free, egg free, and dairy free, these cookies contain no soy or barley. Certified vegan. These make great school snacks.
