This award-winning organic apple coffee cake is so good, no one will believe what’s not in it. Moist, slightly lemony, and hand made from fresh apples, it is sure to be a hit wherever you serve it. 2 lb (909g). Winner of Editors' Pick "Best new product" by Progressive Grocer Magazine 2006.

The coffee cakes have the best texture the first day or two after being thawed, so we store them frozen and ship them to you in a cooler. They may thaw in transit but may be refrozen. Item CIP, re-usable cooler and gel pack ($6.50), will be added automatically to your coffee cake order for up to two cakes. Select two coolers or a large cooler for $13.00 for three to six cakes. We recommend no more than a 2 day shipping time. Therefore, if you are shipping to an address that is West or South of Virginia, we may need to add an additional charge for Priority Mail. If so, we will contact you about it prior to fulfilling your order. Serve them whole, or slice off a piece for a lunchbox treat!
Ingredients: Organic cane sugar, organic apple sauce, organic barley flour, organic apples, organic oat flour, organic apple juice (filtered water [sufficient to reconstitute], organic apple juice concentrate, ascorbic acid to maintain color), organic potato starch, organic oleic safflower oil, organic lemon juice, xanthan gum, organic cinnamon, pure vanilla extract, baking powder (non-aluminum), soy lecithin powder (an emulsifier), salt, baking soda (sodium bicarbonate).
