Once you have these baking basics stocked in your kitchen, you will find that they become easy and natural to use. This kit is made from our allergen-tested* ingredients from our baking facility (tested for peanuts, tree nuts, eggs, and milk).

Includes: xanthan gum (2 oz), soy lecithin powder (non-GMO, 2 oz), organic tapioca starch (1 lb), and organic potato starch (1 lb)

Allergen notes: We are not able to test the xanthan gum for food allergens, due to the fact that the ELISA test does not work with the gummy texture of the ingredient. However, we get our xanthan gum from a facility containing no peanuts, no tree nuts, no wheat, no eggs, and no dairy. Do note, however, that the xanthan gum is cultured in a corn syrup broth.
